Flat Tummy tips*
1. Eat dinner early (before 7pm). Having your dinner late will not help you achieve the results you want.
2. Reduce carbs and stop soda. If you want a flat tummy and a slimmer body,you need to be disciplined about staying away from unhealthy foods.
3. Portion control. It’s better to eat smaller portions often than to eat a big portion once or twice. Reduce your portions.
4. Drink half a litre of water before breakfast .
5. Drink up to 2-3 litres of water daily. Note that you shouldn’t drink so much water after dinner.It puts pressure on your bladder.
6. Substitute full cream milk for low fat milk.
7. Reduce the intake of chocolate drinks and take herbal teas such as your slimming tea,green tea ,black tea etc. Asides the fact that they help you lose weight,they are loaded with antioxidants and healthy spices that promote good health.
8. Sleep ,I can’t stress this enough. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. Don’t pass up any opportunity to take an afternoon nap too. It helps you burn bad fat ,makes you energetic and helps to maintain overall well-being.
